Summary: The biggest problem is the full size mattress on a queen/king bed frame. No space for 2 people, my husband and I slept on the air mttress which is queen size. The kitchen sink, a small wine cooler, and a microwave. The dining room table takes up most of the room, and is not needed. It would have been nice to have some comfortable places to sit. Don't bother with the TV, when it works, it's old shows Tdoework.versinkmaker

Summary: This place, as all do, has pluses and minuses. We will give you both. It is advertised as dog friendly. Having two small dogs, that is important to us. It is GREAT for the dogs. There is an up-charge for the dogs. The fenced large back yard is clean, covered in lush grass and has well shaded areas. Marie, the lady who manages the property, is easy to contact and makes access easy. She is responsive to requests and makes sure the place is VERY clean. We enjoyed using the clean hot tub and sauna. Both are well maintained and are real pluses. The large smart TV allowed us to mirror our iPad TV and Prime movies. The apartment is well laid out and feels roomy. There is plenty of cement driveway to park. Shopping is easy at Walmart and ALDIs. The place is cluttered with what appears to be inherited stuff. Clearing that out would create a lot more room for your stuff. Marie says they are replacing the very uncomfortable double bed and hard couch. That is needed badly. Make sure it has been done. The kitchen does not have a refrigerator or stove. We got by with the large wine cooler, a bag of ice, hot plates and microwave. We will definitely stay here again with the promised upgrades in the bed and couch.
